ive had mine on over a year now, handle great and cant nock them for the price really imo.... i eventually got bored though and had custom springs made for the back, and stiffer helper springs on the front coilovers to take it alot lower than they would normally go....

on the canon you use Tv mode to change the exposure length, 30 secs is the max you will get without a remote button thing..........with one of those you can go for a very long time....

i did it by hand....took time........wet and dry working through the grades........then did the usual painting routine
