I have taken the silver shims out recently... But they are ds2500's so not supposed to need them!
It doesn't sound like pads though, it's a very weird noise, one I've never heard from a car before.
That looks amazing mate, this whole thing looks amazing.
Where were the headlights from? Make SUCH a difference!!!
The boot makes me so jealous it hurts.
Oh, and price for the washer jets?
You can hear it inside the car mate, and I jacked it up a month or so ago and had a damn good look at that side, saw nothing.
Tried spinning the disc in my hand, no joy, I'll give it another look tomorrow and go for a drive with TEG to try to get a video.
This one is a pickle...
It's a real...
When this started, I had a damn good look over it, couldn't see anything. Couldn't replicate the noise with my hands either. It is linked to wheel movement, but it doesn't just do it once per rotation if you see what I mean?
As said, I'll take it apart tomorrow, if the gaitor is CV clipped, I...
It is a 1000% a clicking, no knocking.
It seems to not be relevant to wheel rotations, I.e if you're rolling backwards, sling it in first and accelerate it could click loads of times very quickly with no real "click per wheel turn" type thing?
Im giving it a good looking over tomorrow.
Cv...
Mainly when pulling off/changing direction?
I've been led to believe it's driveshaft (well CV joint) but could it be a wheel bearing?
Or something else entirely?
It's a very noticeable ticking, also happens at slow speed when coming on and off the thottle or hitting a bump?
All...
Why are you looking at campus'?????
They're the old shape, on a new plate, that look worse than the old shape.
Pick yourself up a 2003 dyanmique model or something, sure it'll have more miles and is a little older, but they're still very good cars and can be had for pennies!
Did I recommend you this place Mark or was it ENTIRELY fluke? If so, that's ridiculous!
Pics look awesome, did you find the mountain pass I was talking about? (Haven't read it all yet :o).
EDIT: Kirkstone pass, you did! I LOVED that road!!!!!!!!
They can be glued/plastic welded/sometimes clipped back into place. They're quite easy to unclip a little. Could just be that.
Dash top only takes two mins to whip off.
How funny on your location... I actually know someone in bexley who will do it for you I think.
I'm off on holiday for a week tonight, but I'll contact them as soon as I'm back and get you a price.

I love how you lot work the cost of a phone out by adding the price of the phone to price of the tariff and times it by the no. of months.
That is not the cost of the phone
During that time you are recieveing a service, which you are paying for. The cost of the phone is the...
My advice to you Dave is look at places like phones4u etc... When the 4 came out everyone in the UK was struggling everywhere, saying no one was taking pre-orders and queueing outside o2 and apple, I walked into phones4u a week before release, pre-ordered one for just a fiver and got it on...
My life is full of things I am double booked for at the moment.
That's literally the only night in the whole of September I have anything planned.
A good idea though mate, hope it goes well.
Anthony, send one like "I'm in the bath with my thumb up my ass, dick in my hand, thinking of you" from one friend to another then after it send "sorry mate, that was meant for *insert gf's name*."
He'll never stop getting ripped for thumbing himself in the ring piece.
Search throttle cable and look for a thread by me, there's a lot of talking about it. Also, I think there's a guide in the guide section. Search search search
Easy answer, phone the company that gave you the 450 quote, ask how much to add a stainless exhaust system as the standard one had rusted and was replaced.
If they say £20, you're quids in.
I'm not sure if you car will be driven off of the ABS or the gearbox sensor, but whichever one, a simple clean of that sensor could have fixed the issue, at least temporarily
