Best way to tell is jack the car up and have a look under it, if you're not missing a dust cap over the seat bolts, it's a camshaft blank.

It goes under the car where the seat bolts in there's 4 of them on each side, if you're lucky it'll be one next to the sill rather than near the exhaust channel, it's not really important it's just a cover that stops the bolts from getting covered in road dirt and corroding.

It's one of the rubber covers that stops dirt and crap from getting in seat bolt cavities.

You could be the first person in history to stop one of these from leaking.

I think you're right when you said stealth systems cause the sound to resonate under the car rather than going out the back, when I bought mine alot of people were going for the recessed Piper which despite being identical isn't half as loud in the car as mine is.

It has the centre silencer but it's not very big and neither is the backbox, it looks like a race bike exhaust.

The only way you could have what you want is buy the best system you can afford, then cut the tail pipe off and weld a stealth tip on.

I'd take the standard system off the list mate, you'll just be replacing a sh*t system with another sh*t system.

You could just buy a new back box for fifty quid so you can drive it while you're researching decent stainless systems.

I have a Piper stealth 2.5" cat back, it's loud as hell and droney on the motorway, i've been told by quite a few people they can hear me coming from two streets away, but on the plus side it sounds good and is bomb proof in terms of build quality.

Loads mate, reduced drivetrain movement means instant power delivery, loads of people moan about extra vibration but I didn't get any and everything is uprated and polybushed on mine, if you do get any extra vibration it's only at idle.

I was using aftermarket K-Tec/Vibratechnics mounts so they went in easy, it's getting the oem ones out that was a pain in the arse. Are you replacing them with new oem mounts?
