This! Get out there and enjoy yourself. You don't need to drive like an utter bell round the ring. It's a good experience to just go round it imo. Yes accidents can happen but it's one of them things.
Yolo
I'd recommend signing up. The £12 will have paid for itself after the knowledge and information you'll find on here. Also there are lots of parts available in for sale sections.
One pounds per month.
And with regards to the Clio, I'd not sell up to find a cleaner example. Sort the niggles on...
I have nothing on rear, not sure what current settings are. Last time I had it done on a hunter system I just had it set up as standard off their system. I've had work done since so need to get it done again so thought before I pay to get it done get some camber shims put on rear.
Sorry, I might be an idiot right now. Don't people use camber bolts on the rear or is it not possible? I may be mistaking it with something else? Or is it shims I'm thinking off?
I'm looking to get mine set up again since having new steering rack and solid mounts and brace
Was looking into some camber bolts for rear
Anyone got some geo setups I can take to the garage who will set it up?
Thanks
I had mine modified about 4 years back. It was chopped just above the lambda sensor port. I'm sure mine goes over the centre section not inside it. I may be wrong though.
Can't say I noticed any difference with performance, it was done because olive flange on cat pipe was knackered.
Go for new tyres as well.
I wouldn't hold back on the expense of having a car handle as it's supposed to
The last thing you'll want to saying after you've lost it on a B road is 'should've paid for some rear tyres'
As you've said before, you've now realised buying cheap tyres is false...
Interesting to see this. I should get mine back soon after having steering rack replaced. Will be glad if that was a contributing factor to iffy handling.
