someone's put a 1.2 engine in the front of a v6 and put rear seats in it. They also swapped the v6 wheels for some of the wrong size and offset.
what a way to ruin a nice v6!
heh, cheers mate.
there is a place behind where i work who werent answering their phone today, hopefully i can pop round there tomorrow and leave them the car... they've been good to me in the past :)
i dont think i'll drive the car tomorrow, i'll go to work on bike.
i know what'll happen... i'll go and curb the brand new unused in 5 years alloy thats now on the car! lol
Ok, the story starts with how im off to Brands hatch on monday for the RenaultSport trackday. So you can imagine my feeling when im driving along and hear a bang....
... pull over and inspect the car all over, nothing to be seen. So i carry on to the missus' house, only to come out later to...
the update leads are s**t.... the wires come out the end. I went throught 2 when i had my B2. Luckily Origin have the best customer service i've ever experienced :)
sloppy?
erm no, i went from eibach to apex, and although the eibach are the better spring, the apex is a lot tighter than the eibach...
sloppy it certainly isnt.... harsh is the word you're looking for.
well loads of roads have been closed off round here due to the tarmac melting...
so i guess if you park in the sun, you run the risk of your car becomming part of the road! :D
15" wheels, yup you can do it youself
the hardest part is taking off the nuts from the top of your front struts, mine were airgunned on so had to take the car to a garage to get them to undo them :(
you would get more for it if it was put back to standard.
high mileage examples dont fetch much, has it had the cambelt replaced?
how it is now: £4000
standardised: £4500 (plus the money from selling the bits)
