i dont see why they should be different... i cant see renault changing the design of such a simple part for the v6
the bonnets are the same size, so the "grille" should be the same size :)
ah, the bit with stickers and s**t on it under the bonnet?
isnt that attached to the bumper with 2 screws... if so they might be in a different place on the V6
i bought one of these cheap ones from Ebay for my 510. Works a treat :)
the connection is the same as the TomTom One, so if your having trouble finding one look for a TomTom One aerial :)...
heh, no worries...
after a full day's driving now... im can say that im very pleased with the apex springs, the car feels very planted!
however, ive never had to dodge drains/potholes so much before! lol
i cant see my shocks lasting too long.....
thats normal giles... my 172 has that part of the arch liner cut out... was like that long before i had the apex on... a combination of eibach pro's and brands hatch ate a hole through my arch liner, so i just cut that section out and screwed the remainder out of the way.
thanks for all the kind comments :)
i couldnt fit the springs myself because my strut tops were airgunned up... i broke 3 tools trying to undo them! lol
needed an airgun to undo them, so i left it to Mike :)
no scrubbing, well none out of the ordinary anyway...
Took my Eibach Pro springs off the 172 and changed them with some apex -40mm jobbies...
summary:
the eibach's are much better on the road! but the apex look much better, so she's sitting a bit lower now :)
springs are only a few weeks new, so will settle down a bit more than in the pics...
