I'll probably look at a used one in a few years. Having kids and that the 5 door thing is better for me and if the mpg is reasonable then it could make a good daily.

I reckon that will need work on the body to make it mint - probably got a few dents and scrapes that don't show up on the pictures.

Would the following Sunday be better for most people? I'm sure we could change it if needed...

300 miles on the A1 is not 'fun' though. I'm pretty sure I've been dicked by work for this day which is unfortunate.

Got the new rear disks and ARB bushes fitted. Turns out the rear disks were missing the spacers which might explain why it ate a rear wheel bearing In the space of 3k miles!

I just find bucket seats a little ridiculous on a road car now. Don't get me wrong, ive been there and undone my racing harness when pulling in at Tesco for a pint of milk but looking back, I feel a huge sense of embarrassment.

I think you have to be fairly handy with the spanners to run something like this, either that or have deep pockets. For me for starting out doing track days I think you'd be better with a standard car engine wise and then Concentrate on suspension, brake and tyre upgrades.

Now. Had a bit of an issue as the spacers were missing so picking them up in 5 hours time. The old wheel bearing had literally disintegrated.

Just a few shots of my brothers t5. He's been into them for a good few years and this is his most recent one. T5 transporter, 130bhp, fk coilovers, roof rack, side bars and banded steels.

Few new bits have arrived over the last few days; Powerflex arb bushes as the standard jobs were worn; And new discs and pads from btm as my rear wheel bearing is screwed so thought I might as well do both sides; M
