Your car is very very nice and the plate is a Great Personalised plate but just the short stubbiness of it isn't to my taste

Well you can Lower just using Springs, There are -35mm, -40mm and -60mm Sets out there everywhere, Or you can do Springs and Dampeners in pretty much the same Drop Sets at the springs or you can do Fully Adjustable Coilovers which usually allow you to play about with the drop anywhere...

If you are then they are not washers, They are just Blanking Plates Fitted to Cup versions as they do not have Headlight washers

As above, Lift the edge with a wrapped screwdriver and once you can get your Fingers underneath just pull them, Will feel like they might break but I've not had a casulty yet
