Bad experience with a Naples.
To be fair, I bought it of a forum member and thought it was sound but it turned out to be a dog. I then sold it and the belt snapped within 3 hours of the lad driving it away! It was cursed.
The running issues were sorted tbh.
I just didn't drive the thing and that wasn't likely to change anytime soon. Three kids under three and both me and the mrs working full time = zero spare time!

1) You need someone to organise it (yorks doesn't have a rep).
2) You need about 10 people to commit at least (average yorks meets have around 3 people in attendance).
