how bad were your chips sh33n? i just guessed they wouldnt do large surface areas such as a whole bumper! did they charge much?

to be fair, it could have been someone else, who did it then drove off so they didnt get caught. The driver behind you may have parked really carefully and has done nothing.

if you hit something, no matter how hard.... you would know about it. you would be able to feel it, see it and hear it, so no excuses really.
