I'd call up Fred at BTM and get some advice. I've been driving mine with it for several months now and the noise had not gotten any worse. Gearbox works fine too, no crunching and that. Fred did tell me a rough price for a rebuild on the gearbox but I can't remember it now

What have you bought? A come filter or a panel filter? I think the come filters need an adapter plate on the 1.2 engines because the outlet is squared? Correct me if I'm wrong :) Chris
