if you're using anything thicker than 8gauge cable, its near impossible. I used 4 gauge cable so ended up drilling a new hole and shoving a new grommit in there.

its got a standard fag plug socket on the end at the moment, which im planning on cutting off... just wondered where the best place to splice it to... and if i would need to fuse it?

Dial into your Router and look in security settings. its basically a password that you have set up to grant access to the w/l network.

Can anyone explain how to hard wire my tomtom system into the car's electrical system. I want to do away with having the cigarette adapter plugged in, so basically want to hard wire into the back of the cigarette socket. Does anyone know?

Dashboard comes off... dead easy to do. In the top pic the red connector replaces one of the connectors behind the clock in your car and feeds down to the stereo. The reason behind this is because the stalk controls are connected to the clock... not the stereo :)

I think its amusing how some 1.2 drivers put sport badges on their cars... and some sport drivers put 1.2 badges on their cars. I guess this just goes to show the divide between favouring Looks, or favouring Power :)
