Its a pain to install tbh... it will work you just have to play around a bit, and from memory, dont use the desktop shortcut it creates for you... go into program files and use the dialogies.bat file directly. I have mine installed onto a DVD which i just bung in whenever i need to use it...

fronts slide back, backs slide forwards. you need to open the doors, clips are attached to the strips.

I got my Cambelt changed at 42k because it needed doing. Dont wait until its "due" at 72k, its b****cks.... get it changed early to minimise the risk of damage. I had my aux belt changed at the same time while the engine was out.

Roy, dont put all the technicians in the same boat... I know for a fact there are Renault Technicians who are very knowlegable and take pride in their work. Unfortunately, there are a few who let the side down.
