Much as Ive said in the past that Id never sell my Cup...I cant shake off this urge...
Yoko A032 - 205/50/15 - road legal yes...but theyll never see the road. Theyre soft compound, which Im told will give me 600 miles (5x trackdays) at best :o
I wouldnt think theyd be too hot in the rain either.
Wire brush, coarse paper, degrease then primed. Not fussed about how they turn out so long as the paint sticks quite well.
Lets face it, theyre heading for a gravel trap at some point LOL!
The Renault website, which exists to tell you what these cars are all about, shows video clips of them being thrashed mercilessly round a track.
If thats what they use to market it...its got to be fit for that purpose.

I registered to be sent information on the Trophy on the Renaultsport website.
It turned up this morning...a shiny brochure detailing the 225, V6, and 182...absolutely nothing on the car I specifically asked about :confused:

...and for exersising restraint. He had plenty of momentum to get past on more than one occasion, but he sat back, waited until it was safe and picked his moment.
I dont blame the pair of you...and I barely got to see any of what all the fuss was about.
Agree with most above, the forums a small part of whats on offer from the Cliosport experience.

Forgot to say, that if I drive like everyone else, I regularly see almost 40mpg. They definitely get better with age too...at my first trackday at...
