I was going to use an incar bais valve but i just couldnt make my mind up with how to plum it all in so i've gone for the 172 cup set up yes.
I've used somthing like 30 feet of pipe because of having to repipe the hole system.
Yeah i'm going to get some Nimbus Heatshilding to protect the...
UPDATE:
So today i got up nice and early to watch the GP and straight after it had finished i went outside to start work on the car. 9:00am start was quite nice and i started with pluming all the brake lines
Here's the bits i had bought so i could cut the pipe & flare the ends with the...
Looking good!
Grind the long metal strip that runs infront of the seat. Then when you move your feet it won't catch your boots. Wish I had done mine before getting the inside painted
Yeah I would have said foxy's and whitley mk1's are the best as they are all home built a d they do all the work them selfs. Much more impressive than getting a company to do all the work for you.
Sorry if I've allready asked but what filter set up are you going to run in the jenveys? I'm using a 50m CF dished backing plate and a pipercross c604d filter. You will have issues fitting a similar one with your rad size!
It seems to be quite the craze at the mement! Quite a few people ditching the pas. Such a myth about it been unbearingly difficult to use after it's gone
I have kept the standard 182 rack and it's fine to use. Only moved it around my drive tho :(
Daz on here has just kept the standard rack on his cup and he said it's fine. So save your money and keep the rack, I have pics in my project thread. Also I actually heard you can only expect up to 5...
Yes I think it just pulls off. Pretty much everything on the inside if the car just pulls off. When first bought my car I needed help changing pads and now look at me lol. Best way to learn is to do it your self.
New seats if that quality is going to next years thing as I want some new decent ones!
Still got some more goodies to get for the car after I've done sone testing/trackdays
Yeah Fred it is a little bit pikey but I had heard by two different people that their rad had fallen off because of using the fan fitting kits. But I'll see how I get on with it been like it is. Hope to get my new pipercross filter soon from 519 automotive as dan had got me a fantastic price...
It is very nice and clean now but it needs new engine and gearbox oil, new coolant and a fresh load of brake fluid so I suspect I'll spill them all everywhere knowing my luck!
Painted the wing mirrors aswell.... Can you guess what colour????
UPDATE :)
Took loads of picture this time so bare with me!
Right so first thing i did the other day was to remove the Radiator so i could fit the slim fan. After hearing that the fan fitting kits were pretty poo i decided to put bolts through the rad so the fan would stay put and not fall...
Ooooo that seat looks lurrrrrrvly.
I remember the days when i was removing the tar on my car, eugh what a ball ache! and removing the glue is an even bigger ball ache!
Looking good tho :)
