labour charge is robbery there its a quick change, i got mine done in a matter of minutes under warranty (before I got my new zorst). You can get the part from reno and get an independant garage to do it for a minimum labour charge (maybe £20 tops)
in 16" I dont know of other cars using turinis but they came in silver for the 172 cup and anthracite on 182 trophy (ET45), I have never seen a set of black ones for sale, refurb would be cheaper prob, some silver ones on here for £200 no tyres just now, begging to be re-furb'd
get it done but not by renault, probably £250 or so from an independant garage, I paid £75 3 years ago to get my 205gti timing belt done, turned out it had been done already, its like an insurance policy, piece of mind.

lol 23.5k on original front tyres sounds terrifying, were they not utter shight in the wet? awesome in the dry though, mine lasted 14k and im told thats driving like a pussy but can assure you it wasnt. but 23.5k is taking the piss for front tyres on a 182.
the blueflame 182 vids, dunno what induction kit he has (if any), they never answered when I asked. But the acceleration vid sounds different cause the guy has his foot on the throttle as he starts it, hence its different. The driveby doesnt sound that different to mine though.

Aye I see they got some Onion Bahjis but where the fecks the knife?!
comedy memories of that outing
as for lifting off, its free'er flowing so it's less restrictive when you lift off, the old exhaust choked it, and if you lifted off when driving enthusiastically (in a straight line usually! lol) then you could really feel the exhaust struggling, labouring almost. But the larger pipes of the...
