Yeah thats what i was thinking. BHP/ton will deffently be better with having the ITB's.
Did you buy the ford coilpack backet from ford? I've been looking to do that for a little while but havnt had time to fabricate one from scratch.
wow, such a good read, such bad luck with the first engine very unfortunate.
Cat wait to see it on the race track when its all 100% finished.
You'll have to get it weighed too, lighter then Burpspeed 1?
I went to charlie at prospeed and had the cat modified with flanges on either side so i could quickly bolt the cat and decat on and off.
Think there is a picture in my project thread near the begining :)
Saw you driving at about 4:00 on Leeds Road.
Was a Red 197 looked like it was on coilovers, black wheels, small front numberplate.
I'm sure its a guy on here.
I took these off my steering wheel today to tidy it up a little as you could see the wires inside my new wheel boss.
Anyway my ABS light is now on and it doesnt work (locked up the wheels)
Any help would be great :)

I have the same exhaust and its much quieter with the cat.
Just get the cat welded with some flanges :)
The only positive thing i can say is that a fair bit of engineering would have gone into that conversion.
If it didnt have the stipid body kit and bits then i would say it was impressive.
But it does have the bodykit so its a s*it shed.
