I run Carbone Lorraine RC5's (the older version of RC5+) and they are very good. I have never had any brake fade.
These types of pads need you to blead the system more often but its your track car so i suspect you do it after every trackday anyway.

I did weigh my door cards but i cant remember what they were. I think they are 8kg each, with out the speakers.
My 182 is around 940 kg and you know how stripped mine is.

The doorcards weigh s*it loads. i recon you 172 is gona be around 965 with the doorcards, about 950 with out them and the roof lining.
Couldnt agree with you more with learing to cope with the added power and learning when to feed the power on etc.
The more you know how a car handles the faster you can drive.
People to say an LSD is one of the best additions you can make, so i'll eventually buy one :)
I just think that theres a point where power becomes un-useable. And unless a LSD is fitted then it must be difficult to get power down.
I only say this because i only have 200bhp and even i have to wait somtimes to get the power down so the inside wheel doesnt spin, so in a boosted clio you...
I think you mean 4 point if you dont want doorbars? Dont think the cage really works if the bar just goes round the roof and doesnt have a cross bar.
You can get the door bars which are quite low so its not to bad getting in and out.
LOL, reading is over rated imo haha.
Errr well i have black F1's and orange F1's and tbh the orange gets a lot of looks (if you like that type of stuff) Black is much nicer.
Or a dark grey :)
I only think CF parts should be used if they are lighter than the parts they are replacing.
So:
Doors
Boot
Bonnet
Etc
CF bullets and badges look a little common, just my oppinion
