The OMEX Coolant Temp Sensor has an M12 x 1.5 thread So what size hole do i drill so i can tap the thread, M10 or M12. Thanks Chris

Are you removing it? If so then try soaking it in WD40 or 3M penertrating spray. It usually works but if not (like it didnt on mine) then take a hacksaw to it mate. :)

Re: One Year on & £**** spent Yeah maybe a meet sorted out for Christmas, I'll have my ITB's on by then :) The sensor was £20 (inc Vat) delivered, came very quickly when i ordered it from K-Tec :)

Fred, you allways seem to bring that engine to peoples attention when they are thinking about changing from standard to something aftermarket. What did that engine have done to it to get such a good BHP & Torque figures? :)
