Yeah needing to know whats around you is true. I didnt really notice miss mine when it came off. I do tend to wash my car far too much tho lol, so it doesnt really get that dirty. And i've waxed the sh*t out of my rear window so water falls off quickly :)

It was racing in the Dunlop Sport Maxx this year. Good little car, and has some very nice mods. It's all 100% race car trust me

I like the look of the rear bumper. Looks like its been done professionaly and not just bodged. Does take a little too long to get into it but i like the track and the car :)

I havnt got my driveshaft back yet so my car wont work obviously. :(

I have decided to go with K-Tec. So i will have: K-Tec's Jenvey ITB kit K-Tec's New filter K-Tec's Map :D

It will not be the exhaust, the ehxaust does nothing for the emmisions. Go for a drive and come back to the garage make sure they test it when its hot. If not then go to another garage mate.

The rear is one of the most important parts. Most people just bash on loads of -camber at the front and forget about the rear. Although i would have thought -0.5 isnt quite enough for the front. but just my oppionion

IMO, buy the carbon bonnet, then save up the money and get the cup spoiler at a later date. Or vice versa.

Re: One Year on & £**** spent TINY UPDATE: Took my drive shaft out thismorning it was properly Bu**ered. The bearings had failed which was why the car was shaking its self to peices. Anyway off to get the driveshaft refurbed new bearing and boots etc so the car should be back on the road...

Re: One Year on & £**** spent Lol yeah it was an old mental hospital :) My new "cup racer" lights only weigh 0.7 kg and the normal xzeons weight about 3kgs?! So i suppose i'm gona be saving a few kgs. The main reason for doing it is for the cold air feeds to the ITB's

Re: One Year on & £**** spent Yeah i will be spraying them black i think. I'm not 100% sure on what i'm going to cut them with, but i want to make it flush, so i may cut the hole a tiny bit smaller so the pipe just sits behind it. :)

Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project Your still only 20?!!!! lol, those seats will look much better than the old Sparcos. I did think about the trailer thingy too, sounds like a good idea but its a bit of ball ache sorting it all out. A cheeky 106 would be a nice runner round.
