I reckon if MRF are doing you a good deal (and you get on with them OK at Chester), I'd be tempted to go for it. A bit of budget saved for other things!

Yep, that was one of my favourites too! I did actually enjoy the one with the guy from STG too. He came across better than I expected and I found it interesting. I do find car media a really interesting topic in itself though.
So they want to sponsor you, but would rather you crashed if it rains than use a different tyre 😂 Do they do a 16" tyre? I guess that would be an option in the short term, as I'm sure a 15" tyre will appear eventually (though I guess 15" is pretty rare on homologated cars now). It's that or fit...
MRF are interesting I think. Apparently they have some very good engineers working for them. Going to be interesting to see how they develop. Would like to try them.
Nothing wrong with normally aspirated. I think we have gotten used to turbo engines and the easy increases, so a bit of perspective has been lost. Ultimately, if you can afford it, do what makes you happy.
If you've got all the throttle body parts and it's ready to go, I would probably just go...
I love the disapproving looks you get when you drive a loud car. I think it's hilarious, partly because we probably all do it ourselves to some degree, but also because I love how uptight people get about it. They're busy judging you, while probably driving the most mundane turd of a car...
