vary your revs over the whole rev range, i wouldnt bounce it off the rev limiter like lots of people will suggest, i dont really do that even after 21k.
ive had 4 offside rear shocks.
had my brake pressure sensor re-calibrated twice, once replaced.
load pressure sensor thing (headlight level adjuster) replaced.
engine oil leak fixed the 2nd time!
cant remember what else, happy with it now though no grief.
I used to get too much of a good thing, doing 600 miles a week on fast A & B roads right through the Highlands of Scotland. But since changing jobs havent been driving nearly so much.

dave lose the lizard skinz from ur forks the fork seals are sufficient, ur gonna get muck trapped under and itll get forced past the seals eventually. forks without boots are without boots as they have self lubricating seals
should be more worried bout the cv joint / drive shaft running dry get it replaced asap. wheel off, disc off, hub off (not 100% about what you need to remove on the clio) takes time garage would charge bout £80 - £100 to do it cause of the time involved. You can get universal gators which are...
