But i mean if anyone fancies helping me out that is near the Nottingham area over new year.. i'd be more than willing to travel if it's guaranteed to pass the MOT!:hail:
Pints would definitely be on me.
Really wish it was that simple! ha.
a little bit of an update.. the previous owner has the other part of the CAT that would make it 'fit'.
SO, the new plan is to just fit the CAT and hope & pray it passes.
Obviously the new problem is finding time for him to fit the CAT before the MOT on the...
i think that's why we decided to leave it.
fair enough passing the MOT with emissions spare, but 'faking' the whole thing is a different story i guess!
it's just the issue i have about the CAT though boys!
i don't have a cat to fit to the car (that fits anyway), so it wont pass emissions.
so my 'personal friend' could pass it, it just won't fit on his machine :dapprove:
i'm definitely hoping i find someone to test it with optimistic views...
see that's what i thought!
but to test the brakes you've got to have it on the rollers don't you?
and it bottomed out big time when we tried to get it in.
if i'm honest... i'm not actually sure what the exhaust is. a few people have looked at it but everyone's said different! some said...
I've hit a bit of a problem.
At the moment, my car is decat so would fail the usual emissions on an MOT.
I have the cat, but for some reason, it is way too small to fit in the gap that would normally fit the cat (if that makes sense), so something is missing!
I found a garage that would do...
As some have already said. The ST is very 'weighty'.. the heated windscreen is top though!
The fact you're questioning whether to wait on a Clio forum makes me think you already know the answer ;)
Smiles all round in Renault Sports mate!
Hope you're okay mate!
As Bonxy said.. Jon.g's Trophy is a steal.
Sometimes no matter how much you take care of a car, you can't cater for other peoples lack of awareness.
Thanks mate
And just the standard suspension i believe pal!
I was never going to settle for anything other than RB, i love it.
It's so different in the light & dark.
and i'm not too sure mate,
i THINK (from looking previously), they're either ET 42 or 43.
i'm sure someone will...
Thanks mate :)
Yeah, they're the genuine Renault 15" OZ F1's from a PH1 172!
I was after some Turinis at first.. but when i saw the F1's i couldn't resist!
Thanks everyone :approve:
Ey! Dawn, it's not filthy! i thought it was pretty clean (barr the tyres :o)
Damn, i thought i fooled you all with my impression of a rock. Guess i need to keep practicing.
I noticed about my tyres being filthy, but i didn't plan on any pictures!
I promise to...
Right,
So i finally took everyones advice and bought myself a Skoda Splitter on eBay because my care desperately needed one - see below;
Without Splitter
I got the splitter fitted yesterday in Murray Scott-Nelson's garage in Scarborough, by my cousin who works there, and decided to take a...
Hiya Guys,
I'm wanting to clean up all my exterior plastics and remove the old white haze it currently has all over, so i was just wondering what you'd all suggest?
i'm looking for cheap and cheerful really, i don't want to be spending a fortune but at the same time i don't want to spend...
