It might have a decat and/or no centre silencer.

I'd go for something like a Scorpion RS192 with centre silencer, both rear silencers and keep the standard cat in place.

Look in the group buy section for the Mark Fish Safety Devices cage. It's bolt in and fits around the standard interior so you can leave that in to begin with and then strip the car later.

Although I use it on track, I'd say I do 10% track driving and 90% road. At the moment my car is 100kg lighter than standard, when I'm done with weight loss it'll be around 940-950kg with me in it and a full tank of fuel. 400lb springs are enough on the front for me, especially with the weight...

Have you tried Konis? I've had both new cup shocks and Konis in conjunction with a complete suspension and steering component overhaul. The Konis offer the better ride and in more ways than just compliance.

It's been covered a few times. Toyo R1R or Federal RSR. You could try the new Nankangs too, I'd expect them to be ok.
