I honestly have no idea. Mate might be taking the piss for all i know. All i do know is that it makes a really grindy noise when the cars been running for 20minutes or so. Like, as you push in the clutch it clicks!

Don't do it mate. I did it when I first got my car. You need an amp with a high level input and then run wires either from the back of the headunit (speaker outputs) or do what I did and take a feed from the rear speakers. The power just isn't enough to get any decent bass. I have now...

Car looks mint, still not sure on the wheels though! I love the install! Did you do it yourself? I'm guessing it uses the spare wheel well meaning i wouldnt be able to do the same :( lol

You could get away with 17s. I tried some on my old 1.2 clio and they made the car look like a 4x4 so i would stick with 16s for looks and handling!
