my last one was a 100 @ 130
this ones staying standard, its just about cheap as chips motoring lol i would have got an 80 or 100 if i was planning power but i knew id get carried away so at least im now held back by my injectors :P
my mate paid £700 for one 6 months ago, he done 20k and he sold it for £800, but it was a proper f**king shed lol never cost a penny other than a pair of tyres and oil change lol!
had done 200k or there abouts and would still do 65mpg most days lol
ahh do you not have a fitting kit on the manifold to cat join? thats whats caused your issue then, as i said above with the engine mount suggestion it looked to me as if it had been pulled apart suggesting worn mounts but no spring loaded joint would cause this too
i agree, looks like the suspension is broken!, i like coilovers but i like them at a sensible height for handling, i done the whole slammed on coilover thing when i was 17 and after bump skipping through a bush backwords a few times, i started going for sensible height lol
any decent garage will be able to weld that back up for you. id check your engine mounts too as its possbly worn mounts thats contributed to it braking, although there has been an obvious weak point to being with
there was a lovely chap from stirling with a 172 cup on here a few months ago lol!!! if you search the spotted section for "stirling" you will find the thread!
just that bit stiffer and sharper, remember a non cup pack 182 will still handle on par if not better than a standard 172 and you never saw any of us moaning about them back in the day!!
of course you dont have to heel and toe it on your daily drive to the shops, im talking about performance driving, its part of owning a performance car, you wouldnt be driving to the shift beep when the engines stone cold, or hammering it over speed bumps, or wheelspinning everywhere as its not...
im not trying to make myself sound superior, ive said it before ill say it again, mechanical sympathy goes a long way. if more tried it, renault wouldnt be changing so many boxes. why do you think the new RS is going for a dual clutch auto, to stop all the ejits trying to do fast and furious...
yep will bolt straight in no problems, as mick said id go for retaining your current gearbox and linkage etc or make some sort of solutuion using the twingo GT setup.
it will go well, my mate has a clio 3 TCE remapped running around the 130hp mark, and if caught off guard it will give my 200 a...
dell motherboards are usually ok with CPU upgrades, a quick search on the dell forum though will usually confirm if your choice will be ok, id stick a core2quad in it, ive got a core2quad extreme edition in my HTPC and it still deals with everything i throw at it!
but as said id be looking to...
The problem is the box may not be quite as strong as some other manufacturers which can stand up to ejits that cant drive, the renault box wont last great if you are one of these ejits.
learn to heel and toe and you wont kill boxes, i stand by this statement and have done for years, ive yet to...
nice upgrade, pitty its the petrol and not the dci but nice still the same. Whats ur plans for it?awesome cars dont feel that dufferent in feel to a 200 really.
i know a guy that bought a 182 "with cup packs", i took it a blast and was really impressed with how it handled, it felt a good bit better (from memory) than my old 172 when it was standard (although it had been a few years since i driven one) and i was raving about how good the cup pack was...
ph3 cars got rear discs, so that will be an 04 plate onwords and a few late 53 plates. if its got the ph3 interior and front end it will have rear discs, not that they are much of an advantage as they just cost you in snapped handbrake cables and groaning rear bearings that the cars with drums...
