no doubt it probably will end up on track for a laugh at some point lol
yeah i was really worried about it doing the usual renault sunroof creak or leak but so far looks sound!
cheers mate
your pushing me towards modding just to whoop your ass boyo lol
yeah loving it so far!, yeah they were pushing injectors to near the 130bhp mark but now its found the 182 ones fit straight in, few guys are running 160hp+ but its not really known what the internals are rated for, an extra 60%...
After all the hastle i had with the Clio 200 and me also wanting to get out of the car finance loop so i can start saving for a house deposit it was time to get rid of the Clio. As i still had outstanding finance on the Clio the easiest option was to find a car in a dealership and trade the 200...
agreed! although they will have a drop safe that the staff has no access to i recon so only be a few K available at any one time if anyone robs, better of filling up a few barrels and driving off lol!!!
not sure on the small local guys running forecourts but i see what a certain supermarket...
patern part ones usually sound weird and fit w**k but cost about £40 i would go to the scrappies and get one and order a new clamp for it, they are a 1 piece system from the cat back so easy enough to go to scrappies, drop the rear beam and whap the full system off.
they whistle a bit when going usually over 120 odd from the wing mirror but ive found that a proper whistle under 100mph is usually the windscreen or door window seals.
few of my mates went to this last time and said it was a brilliant day out, some plonkers who couldnt drift making an arse of themself and crashing but also some good action
not sure on whats available or not but there isnt much out there for cup cars.
H&R's are over the £1k mark are they not?
Ive ran FK Konigsports too and rate them.
if your car is mainly road use i find it hard to beat brand new genuine cup dampers and eibach sportlines for the money! throw in...
PH1's are always a better drive imo, the PH2's i always felt needed a set of eibachs and cup dampers which transformes them. However standard they are by no means rubbish!!
the 1.2's handle pretty well for what they are, lack of steering feel from the over asisted PAS is a bit weird but the fact it shares the same stiff bodyshell and chassis of the 172/182 means they do handle pretty well.
chances are now in 2012 though that most of them are running cheap pattern...
the garage wont usually automatically include the tracking price as the chances are if your shopping about theres always a garage that wont bother doing it and undercut them, getting the business instead, however they should deffinately advised it
looks like a nice piece of kit, Screen looks awesome! be interested in a good play with one to see if its worth running along with my 808 pureview which wont be getting retired until the new windows phone units catch up camera wise!
if its the same as the twingo your limited to 125-130bhp by the injectors, stick 172/182 injectors in it and you will get 135bhp+ stick a better intercooler and exhaust on it and you will approach the turbo and fuel pumps limite of 150odd bhp
i wouldnt bother to be honest the 1.6 16v isnt really that much better on fuel than the 197/200! your £700 on exhaust and remap would easily pay for the 200 fuel and change in your pocket!
