Clio 182 Starter Motor ALWAYS Turning w/ Battery Connected

The wires on the starter might be touching. I'm sure @Niall had a similar issue and it was down to one of the wires on the back.

Yeah, it's not cheap mind. But the quality of the CCF stuff is really good from what I've seen. I reckon you're looking at close to 100kg off.

The everlasting ph1 ITB Build **GREEN-BUILD STARTS AT PAGE 100**

Yeah I took the weights off CCF Fibreglass website. Standard bonnet is around 12kg and doors are close to 30kg I think. Poly windows are generally 1kg lighter than their glass comparison.

The everlasting ph1 ITB Build **GREEN-BUILD STARTS AT PAGE 100**

Fibreglass doors are 4.3kg each, plus poly windows and paint obviously. But that's a massive saving over standard. Fibreglass bonnet is 5kg. Boot hatch is 4kg.

    182 head bolt torques

20Nm and then leave it for half an hour. Check again at 20Nm to make sure, the gasket should have settled a bit. 180° will be fine if you haven't got an angle gauge.
