Mind blown..... I don't know whether to reply or not, In all honesty I was going to purchase the loadcell pedal and gear shifter end of the month. I will not be doing that now. Disappointed is an understatement and I'd love to know what they consider as deserving of compensation.

lol, cheers then. Set your expectations low and you never fail to achieve them. I'm only running the 5nm DD at the moment so hopefully not get that, and just have CSL DD pedals for now but looking to get the loadcell pedal. At least the £450 saved gives me a little wiggle room to improve on...

Order placed, Gone with the Prime Lite, Inertia bucket seat, integrated monitor mount and Fanatec DD mount. Decided against the extra £500 for the TrakRacer as I can get a shifter and handbrake and clutch for not much more.
