We HPI'd it and it has had a private plate and a re-issue. Going up today so will report back for anyone else thinking about it.
Cheers for the replies :)
Owner said he's member of 'a Clio club'. Spotted the tabs on the front bumper are silver so it's had some spray work done. Perhaps just a refresh though.

Going looking at it tomorrow for a mate, just wondering if anyone knows the owner or its history.
The tail lights are pretty cool from what I remember! Looks like a modern take on the MK2, but it just doesn't work as a whole car.
I'm surprised no one has got the bits and done it to their MK2 yet.
Clio MK2 from Brazil. Some countries weren't 'lucky' enough to get the MK3 or MK4 Clios so they just kept getting facelifted.
This one's a MK2 with a MK4 looking facelift.
Is it normal for the engine light to stay on (solid) after an injector has been replaced? I've not plugged it in or cancelled any codes or anything and it's running better now than before it started playing up. Just this bloody warning light.
@bloke any ideas?
Yeah it's misfiring now, it wasn't before when I was getting the light but only just started today.
Cheers, I've had a quote look on Renault Parts Direct but they don't have any injectors on there for the Clios. How much roughly should I be looking at paying? As in, what's a good price?
