The standard map is usually fine, not sure why people get it changed on standard cars really.

It seems any aftermarket wheels don't suit it as well as the standard ones (yet!). Do they only come with the standard ones or can you specify optional extra ones?

Might be obvious but have you tried sticking a finger in there and trying to put it back into place? I've never seen this problem with xenons before but it happens with the other side of the headlight usually.

Ah I see what you mean now. Did you get them posted to you? They often break internally in transit and are usually irrepairable.
