There is no blowing issue! It happens on every exhaust on the 182s due to the mounts perishing over time. If it's blowing then it's not set up right - simple.

It doesn't take long. 2x torx to remove the airbag and 1x bigger torx to remove the wheel. 5 minutes tops.

The 197 badge will cover it if placed correctly. You'll still be able to see tiny gaps if you look up close but nothing major. It does look good too.
