Not sure, mine went on piss easy :/ Changing discs on the 1*2's should be a doddle tbh. Remove Stub Cap. Remove nut. Remove disc. Check and replace spacer. Clean off area. Lightly moly the shaft (giggidy), slide the new disc assembly on carefully. Locate. Tighten to seat. Drive down the road...

Engine bay as it stands. Not bad. I will get round to getting some of the bits refurbed (inlet etc) to tidy things up a bit.

Some have been made, some have been adapted. Still not sure on the centre cap thing 🧐

Photo whoring

Big photo whoring I’m afraid. Gave it a bath and a go over with some wax. It really is a brilliantly straight car, tonnes of effort has gone in to it so far, and more to come. It’s all coming together how I’d planned, sadly photos don’t seem to do it justice.

Very grubby morning replacing the rear calipers, pads, discs (w/bearings) and rear hoses. Hoses were a nightmare. One still won’t come off so will probably order new pipes as well 😅😂 The old bearings had zero movement in them, but Christ the difference! And the handbrake works a charm now as well.

To be honest, the very thought of having to sell stuff to the public would be enough to put me off. I’d rather set fire to it than have to deal with that many people to make a few quid.

I am pretty used to making horrendous financial decisions having spent my life racing on four wheels and two My supersport bike cost me over 35k to build. I wrote it off twice and then sold it for 8 grand 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’ve done this numerous times over. So perhaps not a good role model 🤦🏽‍♂️😂

I’ve not tallied up what I’ve poured in to mine lately but it’s easily 100% + of what I paid for it since October 🤣 I don’t mind though, it’s likely a keeper and I enjoy being its caretaker. All my stuff gets over maintained tbf.
