Every day i look at it i keep seeing more and more stuff thats not needed lol. ( so dont really wana finish it up untill i'm 100% use its as light as it can be ;) Removed the Inner lip of all four arches today :-) also the old backets that the spare wheel cage hung on.

Cross over was Pre-J Reg mines L :-( Is ringing in the sence i'm thinkin. Going get caught out ? shouldn't be any way to tell its been changed :-)

Sounds like his just mismatched the colour as the "paint" is the basecoat. same thing.

Confusing. So you asking for it to be painted. But didnt tell him it needed a base coat??? How can you paint a bumper with out a basecoat??? / why

A coat of paint applied after priming, that usually incorporates the overall color scheme of the model.

Also the 90 donnar car will get the 93 plates / vins and get scrapped.

List of things done today. 1. Removed one Spot welded plate from where fuel tank use to be ...... that was it what a s**t day. Was driving round looking for a 21MM spanner all day :-( Also a spring commpressor desided to snap and the other one slip off. so my hand hurt.:-(

Got my lil mk1 Project thats on a 93 plate so it has to have a cat. (bare shell atm ) If i get a 90 donnar car. and change all the vin plates / number plates / chassis numbers.. so making the 93 a 90 so it doesnt need a cat for its mot. or is this just completely illegal :-) or does the...

My 91 Clio never came wit a cat ;) :-)

inner door skin removed ;) snap lol

Tailgate inner skin cut down a small bit > Rear quater inner skin cut down abit 2 Also bonnet is one skin now Need some lightweight alloys but cant find any nice ones ;) Pictures are not finished btw stil need tiding.

Done ;) also all the old bracket (spot welds drilled out and removed) :-) along with all the pipes from the petrol filler + all the tubes :-)

:-) going to the extreme when stripping my mk1 ph1 Clio ( you may have seen my project thread ;) ) Just wondering if any one has any ideas of ANY thing no matter how small that can be removed. i'm not botherd if it removes Kg's or gram's. as long as it can be safely removed and not needed :-)...

where the steering colium bolts on to, There use to be a bracket going from that to the body is this not needed for strength

grinder is working fine with the underseal but its hard to remove the Seam seeler with the grinder. as its in really hard to reach places :-(
