wouldnt bother with an uprated intercooler the standard one is pretty well designed, you can use a generic uprated one with some custom pipework if you want to go bigger.
any non RS springs will fit it, wouldnt bother though unless you are changing dampers too or going the full way and getting...
i didnt find it made much difference on my older 172's but i used it anyway, i wouldnt put cheap oil in my cars so i wasnt putting cheap petrol in, just part of running a performance car.
found the 200 doesnt run anywhere near as nice on standard 95ron as what it does on 98/99 ron. Found Tesco...
need to loose that sun strip, looks 10x better with the side stickers gone and like the smooth rear bumper! 16" dynamique S aloys in silver with spacers will look clean as f**k on that!

mine was a quick wee car when running 130 odd bhp and 190lbft, i had the torque limited at that due to the clutches, but you now get uprated clutches for them so over 200lbft is possible

generally the engines dont fail (LOL @ mine) its usually timing belt failures that kill them, looked after they should do over 200k no problem.
the rest of the car however...
id buy one in a heartbeat if i could get to the bottom of 2 things....

2. does the Akra give you a flat spot as all the others do? i dont mind if it does and can be mapped out but loosing low down torque is NOT an option!
unbolt the middle exhaust hanger(1bolt) from the car and the rear hanger (3 bolts)and that will let you lower the exhaust and then bolt it back so its sitting exactly where it was before if your worried about playing with adjustment. The flexi pipe will give you enough movement to get in at it.
