    Once you've had a look and fiddled about if it still won't lock you'll probably need a new boot solenoid from ebay mate

    Personal satisfaction mainly, making it more personal to you. I enjoy tidying up a car servicing it and changing a few bits and bobs here and there. I've always wanted to have an old car to restore/mod but haven't got the space :(

    I'm using collinite wax, the car has not been re-sprayed. It's capsicum red, i believe the fade is from UV damage, it does have a lot of swirl marks and small blemishes so a good polish is in order.
