As above. The simplest option is to get it plugged in at Renault, but they'll charge an arm and a leg. Common problems with this light are usually the coil or TDC sensor, but it could be anything.

Surely you'd do those bits before the ban, and after, using the watering can to clean the bits that you can actually see ie. the body?
