Lol, just to clarify further - he wasn't using any shampoo or water. Just rubbing the mucky bits off with a plain, dry, hi-vis jacket. Wish I could have got a picture but I was driving a bus!
In Rusholme, spotted a spiffing Petrol Blue 182, and the owner was cleaning it... using a hi-vis jacket!
Looked AMAZING in the sun though. Like, a lot.
Here's my blue one;
MPG depends on how you drive them, like with anything else. I can't resist booting it as I've got a £220 airbox setup lol, but if you take it (very) easy 40-50. I'm getting 33 at the moment and that's hammering it everywhere.
Haha he wrote MPG earlier until I e-mailed him asking how he did it, seeing as the computers only go up to 99.9 :rasp:
They do have small tanks... they're a small car!
It wouldn't lower it enough to make the Turini's acceptable though so it's not worth doing IMO. Tripodding is quite frequent as it is, if it's not on 3 wheels you aren't driving it hard enough!
Standard are good as the spokes are chunky like the car. A pair of Turinis cropped up cheap brand new so thought it'd be worth considering, may save my money now! Thanks Christopher :)
Edit; can't lower it, I don't want to ruin the handling ;)
