LED bulbs in that type of light cluster are nowhere near bright enough during the day because of the way the bulb sends out the light (ie. forwards).

I'd choose silver! Anthracite looks a bit dull on that colour blue. Just have a look for a standard 172 cup, they are metallic blue with silver Turinis.
