Do it! The hardest bit is over with now (buying it, fitting it in, plugging everything in etc.) and it's just one small problem. If you stop now you've wasted your money and your car. If you carry on, it will all be worth the hard work and money you've put in!

Haha, what the guy above said. He won't be expecting a full detail on the car, just a good wash and clean, just what valeters would do. I'm sure he'll be impressed with the results whatever you do, he's selling it anyway!
Is it supposed to bubble a bit? When at high revs, the coolant shoots upwards a bit to the top of the bottle too and settles when the revs are stopped. Could it just be the cap? Garage man mentioned something about the headgasket too, but is unsure at this stage.
