I have fitted my stiff shift kit today and it has made a big difference to the slack in the box but i have a problem in that i cannot get reverse or fifth gear. Do I need to adjust the linkage at all reverse does come in handy!!!

The standard airbox and a ITG filter seems to be hard to beat mate per cost, have a search through the forum been covered quite a bit. If not for more bunts have a look at the new Ktec induction kit could prob have a go at it yourself for less £ if you can be arsed :)

Glad you got your filter sorted Andy mine deffo sounds better than old one. have you cleaned your breather filter since having it.

Bummer mate If you have low comp hopefully it points toward top-end and maybe you can may have some come back on the work done but if shes breathing heavy.......... On a brighter note you could always save a few K and buy my cup :)

Yep it has a backplate and a couple of push fix sort of clips to attach the filter. Seems to be a fair bit of room Andy but running a standard rad it is close on the right hand side

Recieved my new ITB filter yesterday. It's a lot better than the old one, plus you can hear the bodies doing their thing a lot better. Pics are from my phone so not the best! OLD NEW

True new OE shocks, sportlines and AST top mounts has made a big difference to mine for not much outlay, I have tried both on the cup and I couldnt tell much difference between except the sportlines give a cup a better stance

This is a good idea Andy after leaving there Sat i noticed the cup felt a bit hesitant and the idle had gone a bit wierd. So I whipped the plugs out and number 4 plug was drowning in oil it must be from the cam cover bolt leak that i had. It runs a lot since giving it a clean up god knows how...
