I know for a fact you can use HID bulbs in the projector lenses, few people on here and elsewhere have done it and it looks good. The rings look good on German cars but are overdone in my opinion, the only good bit is the fact they have projectors :) how much do they cost just out of interest?

Don't use tint film, it won't bend the right way around the curves of the lights.
