mrs has ordered me a black samco bend for my bday too! wooo lol
yes i know thats what he wanted, people are stating theres no performance difference between the 2 and im arguing that there is, but its hard to tell from car to car because of the reason ive stated. mine has the main difference from a 172 and a 182 fitted and it DID give a power gain and make...
Re: Taking The 172 Of The Road...
finance companys usually state it must be insured even when off the road but theres no law stating that!
also a point that hasnt been noted, dont leave the handbrake on, leave it in gear instead

anyway was in getting the new rear bumper painted and the cup spoiler done too...
you will notice a difference in power going from that to a standard airbox with good filter in it, your induction kit will be suffering from heat soak sucking in hot air and loosing power

a clio with 140k can be better to drive and more reliable than a 30k miles one.
on...
what size is the gearbox on them, and will it fit in the engine bay of a clio or is it same size or same box as the RS meganes?
you can see where this is going lol
just as much hastle to put a 1.4 16v as it is to put a 2.0 16v.
it will need engine, ecu, uch, keys, decoder ring, then will need ECU coded to the car too afaik
possible if you get a full doner car cheap but wudnt bother other wise.
1.2 box will fit yes, as will 1.6 16v (same as DCi65) and...
taking bump stops out wont do anything but f**k your dampers as they act as dust covers to stop dirt n s**t getting in and plus the dampers go lower than they should causing them to bottom out and bursting the seals
