Eibach Sportlines, so apparently 45mm ish at the front and 35mm at the back. I'd say it's settled down a bit more at the rear since that photo was taken.

A dark grey kind of colour, a bit lighter than the ones in my avatar generally. 3 and 5 door headlights are the same, then there are dual-optics as found on the 172 and other 'sport' models. The only front lights to change for IMO.

^^ Underneath the car you'll see rubber 4 rubber caps for seat, remove them and you'll see the bolts holding the runners in. The inner 2 for each seat are a pig to get to.

Some sat on the roof of my car, roads are all clear though. I want more!
