Yep, I've tried putting one of my old plugs in and turned the engine on, sounded like an Impreza (pretty snazzy actually) and took it back out, was full of petrol.
Think the loom's okay Hutchie, will check it if this doesn't work though!
Update;
I took all the spark plugs out, they all looked fine apart form one that was covered in petrol. What is the problem and what do I need to replace?
Many thanks to all who have helped throughout this thread! :)
Re: Just taken the Renault Clio 200. ***New pics***
It's definitely looking better, still hate that bit of the bumper that overlaps the headlight though. Would you really want to swa pa mint RB 197 for that though?!
I'd try it yourself, it won't damage the paint work, just make the hole (as long as you're careful!).
Id you do take it to a garage though, don't go to Kwit-Fit or any of the major garages who will charge you an arm and a leg. Go to a bodyshop or independent garage.
RB 182 was on the phone on the A666 in Bolton in a lay-by.
Silver 182 passed me on Manchester Road in Walkden.
Silver 172 looked like it had been attacked by paint stripper or brake fluid, was parked on a drive with loads of wood and bins in front of it.
