Hi, just bought some 172 alloys and Want too get them powder coated. What can I do too prep them before giving them to a powder coaters. Do I need too have tyres removed? Do they have too be thouroghly cleaned or will they steam clean them? Do I strip what paint is on there already...

Went to Renault this morning too pick up shocks and saw an awesome LY RS MK4 (is the big intercooler a behind the grill standard?) Fitted shorter sport shocks too pass mot and eliminate knocking noises. Fitted new rear exhaust mount as it has seen better days

The shocks would be fine if the thread on the top of them went further down the shaft I think, as that would pull it all together more

They don't fall out just have e excessive play and said it would fail mot because they could fall out if I just took off going over a bridge
