Spotted 3 different clio 200's this last week in carlisle! All looked mint 2 with different p/plates on and a 59plate one

i used to have one with a bigfilter on it and it sounded superb!! easily modded and very strong engine. Stay clear of the feeble 16v turbos though. easily 300 bhp i would say. Standard ones will do a 0-100 in 14.9 (same as a r26r) but if you like flinging your clio about round corners...

Keep an eye out at asda, the last couple of big releases such as the new halo was advertised in the national papers for £27 the day before release!!

think the caparo is gonna go for sub 6.11 on the ring to beat that old porka. Theres an article on it in the new pc mag, waiting for it to be perfect before they do any official timed runs..... They recon if it entered with the formula 3s it would qualify on pole every race and win every...

Thing is with pearlescent paint it needs alot of layers and colours etc... which actually adds alot to the expense too. not fancy alien green?

sorry to be blunt, but surely the ly dont carry that much of a premium over a silver one? yeah a grand maybe?? also once you have resprayed your car, it will more than likely loose money for a resale. Then theres the whole risky pearescent colour to get right. my thought only of course

yep pm'd you back jamie... i get 24 mpg average but motorway driving will see low 30's if you stick at 70-80 (i find that almost impossible lol) some lads have had over 370 miles to a 60L tanks on motorway journeys...

I would be suprised to see a standard clio 1*2 to get under 15s tbh a good 172 cup might just break into the 14s low 14's and the clio would have to be pulling nearly 100 mph if not more surely???

liked white writing on tyres on the matchbox cars i used to push around but have grown out of it tbh. It seems the only people who like it are non rs clio owners....? that last one with the standard black wheels looks mighty fine!
