If you get the feeling you car just isnt feeling 100%. Do you take it to the main dealer and ask them to check it all out on their techno machines?
Do you have to pay for this if they find nothing wrong ?

The maximum permitted speed for any vehicle displaying R plates is 45 mph, irrespective of whether or not the vehicle is being driven by a restricted driver.
If the car isnt electronically limited, could you be fined the instant you go above the limit? ie ; just have your bank account debited automatically without argument?
When automatic speed limiting is invented, ( via GPS etc ) would new drivers be unable to go over the speed limit in any area.?
Is this idea even possible with todays technology?

Johnny Ball time I reckon. A larger wheel would need less full turns to show 10mph on a speedo. I may be wrong but it seems a reasonable suggestion.
Do we still have speedo drive gears with different amounts of teeth on them? Perhaps these would be matched to the diameter of the wheels/tyres...
This is something which fascinates me. How some drivers may be able to feel a second. It takes me about 35 mins to drive to London give or take a second.
