It is good to see that you try to keep missed calls to a minimum. I was simply pointing out that you cannot offer a service however good to a customer you didnt get.
As you say, you are only human, and I expect too much. My apologies if I sounded sl*gging.
When I got my old V6 I paid an extra £195 to cover the car as long as I was the owner. It worked out cheaper as I intended to keep the car for at least 3 years. It was £190 to renew it back then.
I was hessitant at first, thinking it was just a ploy to get more cash out of me. My V6 will soon...

Its a shame they dont answer their phone if they offer a good service. In my opinion one should not have to persevere.
