I am sure there are a couple more V6 owners/members, but I never see any posts on here from them?
Why ?
Is there a V6 forum on here I havent got a password for?
Like many of us, I too am keen to see Nicks car back on the road. With the turbo, and I trust Nick will give us reliability updates.
My ignorance on the subject naturally leads me to feeling quite skeptical (splg) However Im sure BB are a good company and wouldnt push a load of crap on...
I have tried everything I know to get my tail out of line but failed.
Yes Superchips have mastered the V6 and its on their list.
Goes through tyres every 5 or 6k so if using it as an everyday car you might need to think about a 3 day week LOL
BB Performance are bringing out a breathing kit...
I left an Elise for dead in my 172 but it was the straight line stuff. It was a joy to stay back and see just how easily he sweeped through the corners. While I was wibbly wobbling behind.
Your quite right Ralphy_VTS the V6 isnt any quicker than a CUP. Maybe only loose a CUP between 140 & 155.
One great advantage the V6 does have over the CUP, is that if you throw all the toys out of your pram and under the bonnet of the CUP, it dont run so well. The V6 will cope with them no...
When I take my car out. I feels a bit strangled for a fair few miles. Its always before it gets loosened up I get someone egging me on to race them. Mine is at its best after a good run, but not after a very long run ( if that makes any sense? )
I left the car on the drive for a whole week...
I think I am the type of person who would very easily get carried away with the nitrous switch. Is there any sort of safety cut out should I be too tempted.?
Im still a little undecided about whether to add Nology NOS System and blow the car up or a BB Turbo and blow the car up. I will as usual play on the safe side and see how these conversions are doing in a few months.
The past few nights I have gone to the car intending on going for a nice wee run ( and the odd tiny race )
I get in the car and see the temperature is from -0 to -2. So I get myself back indoors and have a nice cup of tea instead.
Do any of you go out driving in these temps, and would you...
Doesnt really bother me what Miss Slayer drives. If its only a match for burnt out Cossies and can just about keep up with a CUP, then it aint anything special.
Whatever it is, I hope its nice and shiny.
Maybe well get to see a piccy of it soon in the gallery ( along with all the Members...
I have just seen a Ford KA with blue ( neon? ) lights underneath the front bumper lighting up the road.
What Id like to know is WHY?
If the street lighting isnt good enough why spend money on DIY kits, write to the council and complain instead.
I thought they where I was looking at them in Elite Design in Essex http://www.elite-design.co.uk/kosei_doubleracer.htmlhttp://www.elite-design.co.uk/kosei_doubleracer.html
Prefered the silver for my car and the few spokes would show up the brake disks nicely. If I had a black V6 Id def go...
